1. The gift voucher for a specific amount can be used on the bqqk.pl website or by phone at +48 600 390 222.

2. If the stay amount is higher, the recipient agrees to pay the difference.

3. If the stay amount is lower, the recipient cannot recover the difference. By choosing a stay costing less than the voucher value, the recipient agrees that no refund of the difference will be given.

4. The voucher must be used within three months from the purchase date for any date.

5. The voucher can only be used for non-refundable dates or offers on the website. To use the voucher for other dates, it must be redeemed by phone.
