A deposit of 500 is required as a hold on the tenant's physical card upon check-in. Maestro and Revolut cards are not accepted.

The property is rented for residential purposes. Rental for other purposes (advertising, music videos, photo sessions, films) only after prior arrangement of such possibility and rental conditions.

Only persons included in the reservation may stay in the rented property. Parties, gatherings, smoking, use of wax candles, and bringing pets into the apartment are prohibited.

Upon check-in, the tenant is required to present a valid photo ID and a card for the deposit hold. The minimum age of the person checking in is 18 years.
