2. If the amount of the stay is higher, the recipient agrees to pay the difference.

3. If the amount of the stay is lower, the recipient is not entitled to a refund of the difference. By choosing a stay costing less than the voucher’s value, the recipient agrees that no refund of the difference will be given.

4. The voucher must be used within three months from the date of purchase for any chosen date.

5. The voucher can be used via the website only for non-refundable dates or offers. To use the voucher for other dates, it must be redeemed by phone.

Purchasing a gift voucher is equivalent to accepting the following terms:
