The detached house, covering 80 square meters, offers a comfortable and functional space for relaxation. It features a private entrance, ensuring guests freedom and privacy.

The house has heating, making it comfortable all year round.

The living area includes a sofa and a flat-screen TV to relax after an eventful day. Near the bed is a power outlet, and sleep comfort is ensured by bedding, synthetic pillows, duvets, and towels.

There is a wardrobe for storing items, plus practical amenities such as a clothes dryer, trash bin, iron with ironing board, and washing machine.

The house includes a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, an induction hob with pots, a dishwasher, electric kettle, and coffee maker. A table, chairs, and wine glasses are provided for shared meals.

There are two bathrooms with a bathtub or walk-in shower, a toilet, and a bidet. Guests have toilet paper, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap), and a hairdryer.
