The detached house of 80 square meters offers a comfortable and functional space for relaxation. It features a private entrance, ensuring guests freedom and privacy.

The house has heating, making it comfortable year-round.

The living area includes a sofa and a flat-screen TV to unwind after an eventful day. There’s a socket next to the bed, and bedding, synthetic pillows, duvets, and towels ensure a comfortable sleep.

Storage includes a wardrobe and practical amenities such as a clothes dryer, trash bin, iron with ironing board, and washing machine.

The house offers a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, including an induction cooktop with pots, dishwasher, electric kettle, and coffee machine. A table and chairs plus wine glasses are set for shared meals.

There are two bathrooms with bathtubs or walk-in showers, toilets, and bidets. Guests have toilet paper, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap), and a hairdryer at their disposal.
