The detached house of 80 square meters offers a comfortable and functional space for rest. It features a private entrance ensuring guests’ freedom and privacy, and three bedrooms with double beds.

The house has heating, making it comfortable year-round.

The living area includes a sofa and a flat-screen TV to relax after an eventful day. A socket is by the bed, and bedding, synthetic pillows, duvets, and towels ensure a comfortable sleep.

Storage includes a wardrobe and practical equipment like a clothes dryer, trash bin, iron with ironing board, and washing machine.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with utensils, featuring an induction hob with pots, dishwasher, electric kettle, and coffee machine. A table and chairs, plus wine glasses, are prepared for shared meals.

There are two bathrooms with a bathtub or walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet. Guests have toilet paper, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap), and a hairdryer available.
